📦 Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice/bill must be intact and included in the return.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

💎 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- We offer a free replacement or full refund.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item.
- We will arrange a free return pickup at your convenience.
💳 Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3 to 6 business working days for the amount to reflect in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- For eligible returns, Sawariya Jewellers will bear the shipping cost.
- We will arrange a return pickup through our logistics partner at no extra charge to you.
