3. Can I return custom-made or engraved jewellery?
No, custom-made and engraved items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. However, if you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a free return or replacement.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of order delivery. Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Tag and bill should be attached
- Free return for damaged items
